Whatever my assignment, there are expectations around that assignment. Those expectations are to be born by me. If I do everything, and do it with excellence, I have done only what was expected of me by my Master. My duty. What ease I may take after that point is not what I deserve because of the good that I have done, but only because I have completed that dayâs assignment. If all that I have done is what was my âduty,â then I am considered an unworthy servant.
